Sometimes, miniscrews will become loose with time. If it is a little loose, do not worry. If you notice excessive mobility or the screw has come out, you should call the practice to see whether you need to come in for an earlier appointment.
We will usually tighten the screw in the first instance or we may remove it if it has done its job.
